Public Hearing to consider an amendment to Zoning By-Law 300-7 - Re PID #05103080
 

The purpose of the proposed Zoning By-law amendment, being By-law 300-7-1, is to rezone the property from R1 (Single Unit Dwelling) to R2 (Two Unit Dwelling).

 The purpose of the rezoning is to develop semi-detached dwellings during the next residential phase of the Fairways project.
